At Palmo, we only sell to dealers, never to end users, which is why it is necessary for you to certify that you have an accredited computer/office distributor or dealer.

To become one of our customers, you must:

  • Fill out the “Customer Sign-up” form
  • Provide us with a copy of your Business Activities Tax or an accredited document showing you are a computer/office distributor or dealer.
    Once we receive and can verify your documentation, we will assign you a sales agent.

Palmo has a wide network of dealers. Tell us where you are located and we will direct you to your nearest dealer.

If you want to find out the price of any of our products, get in touch with your assigned sales agent. If you don’t know who your sales agent is or if you don’t have one assigned yet, send us an email at pedidos@palmo.es or call us on (+34) 914 855 528 and one of our sales agent will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

We have an impressive inventory of more than 1,000 different items. We aim to always maintain a constant minimum stock of 90% of these items to be able to supply your order within 24 hours. However, it is possible that when processing your order, we discover that we do not have one of the requested items in stock, in this case, we will contact you and give you an estimated delivery date or offer you an alternative.

If you want to check the stock of any of our products before placing your order, contact us and we will inform you immediately (within working hours).

All orders received before 1:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday will be shipped that same day. However, in order to offer the best possible service, we will always try to ship your order even if we received it after our cut-off time.

We offer different payment methods in order to adapt to your needs. If you obtain approval from our credit insurer, we can offer you payment terms.

We also have discounts for early payment.

We will accept credit cards visa and mastercard soon.

The delivery time of your order will depend on your location, as we deliver all around Europe. If you are based in Spain mainland, the Balearic Islands or Portugal, you will receive your order the following working day, between 9:00h and 19:00h. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a delivery period of 5-8 days. For the rest of Europe, check with us so we can give you a more accurate delivery time.

Send us an email to pedidos@palmo.es indicating your delivery note or invoice number. Customer service will answer you with your tracking number.

We offer free shipping for orders that surpass a determined amount depending on your location. Contact your sales agent for further information.

If your order arrives incomplete or the goods are damaged, please indicate it on the delivery slip of the transport company when goods are delivered to you. Please communicate this fault to us within a time frame of 24 hours so we can replace the goods as soon as possible.

In you receive a defective product, a product in poor condition or you simply made a mistake when ordering, you should fill out our “RMA REQUEST” form which your sales agent or our customer service department can provide you with. You’ll find the general return conditions on this form.
